1. Membership-Only Model & Enrollment

Reveal Vitality is an exclusive, membership-based facility.

• Exclusive Access: We are not a "drop-in" gym or public spa. Membership is limited to ensure concierge-level attention and access to state-of-the-art equipment.
• Onboarding Protocol: All members must undergo a clinical-grade Vitality Assessment ($399) and private consultation before beginning any optimization or regenerative protocols.
• Discovery Calls: Discovery calls are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of membership or a specific health outcome.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By submitting a contact form or calling (941) 941-6878, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Reveal Vitality for:

• Concierge Services: Scheduling Discovery Calls, Vitality Assessments, and private training sessions.
• Membership Updates: Exclusive announcements regarding facility hours, group class schedules (Yoga, Microformer, Foundational Strength), and peak performance events.
• Data Delivery: Secure delivery of performance testing results (VO2 Max, RMR, Body Comp).
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Health & Safety Protocols

Reveal Vitality utilizes advanced technologies including Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Neuromuscular Stimulation.

• Medical Clearance: Members are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, implants, or contraindications prior to using regenerative or AI-driven equipment (ARX, Vasper, Neux).
